Last Friday, Margaret Hagan presented alongside Erika Rickard of Harvard’s A2J Lab and Hallie Jay Pope of the Graphic Advocacy Project, at the annual conference of the National Legal Aid and Defender’s Association. The topic was how to improve visual communication of legal aid and court documents/guidance, especially around self-help. We ran a short workshop after our lectures, to give the participants hands-on experience and strategies about how to improve their visual communication skills.
