From last quarter’s class on Consumer Contracts, particularly the privacy policies that tech companies use to convey to their lay users what to expect about how their data will be treated — I have collected some of the images from the class’s design process.
These photos of notes and design work document how we as a class (and several design teams) began to scope the terrain of privacy policies, where there are failpoints and frustrations now, and where there might be opportunities for new kinds of communications about privacy practices, rights, and obligations.
