The Design of Better Consumer-Facing Disclosures from Margaret Hagan

At the testimony and subsequent hearing, Margaret was asked specifically about what millennial consumers’ information preferences, and what strategies have the most promise to engage their attention and support them in wise decision-making. The discussion also turned to general principles of visual design, the potential of AI and big data to provide more predictions and guidance, and a review of the ERISA council’s possible new recommendations for disclosure.
