Design for Dignity and Procedural Justice by Margaret D. Hagan and Miso Kim

I have co-authored a piece, with my design professor colleague, Miso Kim, on the intersection of her work on interventions to enhance “perceived control” of a system, and my design work to improve self-help centers in courts.

A manuscript of the pice is available at SSRN: Design for Dignity and Procedural Justice by Margaret D. Hagan, Miso Kim.

It is to be published this coming month in the conference proceedings of a conference on “human factors”, AHFE International — with an audience primarily of designers, engineers, and other technologists and researchers.
