We are compiling a map of people, groups, and institutions who are working at universities, with students, on legal technology and design. These include Law School Labs, Centers for Tech and Innovation, and more.
This map covers programs that are actively experimenting in how to train students to become legal innovators, and that partner with legal organizations to develop new, cutting-edge programs..
Use this to scout out opportunities & collaborators. And please help us populate it: send us the people and orgs that are not on here yet! Leave your comments below.

Hi Margaret–Please add our program: Legal Design Lab at USC! Co-taught by me and Dan Ryan.
Please add Innovation for Justice, innovation4justice.org, at Univ of Arizona and Univ. of Utah.
Thanks! updates made.
This map is useful for seeing where legal design work is happening. One practical project area I would add is deadline transparency: small tools that show the rule source, start date, weekend/holiday treatment, and final filing date in one auditable workflow. That kind of date-counting trace is a good fit for access-to-justice and clinic operations.
