Designing for Behavior Change

As I’ve been thinking more about how to engage legal users with legal services, I’ve been reading more from behavioral economists & designers, all about behavior change strategies.  One book I’ve enjoyed has been Designing for Behavior Change.
This book is great for the designer (or lawyer) who is interested in creating new habits, stickier experiences, and more behavior change & loyalty from its target users.

It summarizes research findings from behavioral economists & researchers and finds their relevance to designers. It’s useful to think about what kind of vehicles & forms of solutions will attract the most users and get them to change their default modes of behavior.
