QnA Markup is an excellent and playful coding editor from lawyer/coder David Colarusso.  Its code is available on GitHub for others to use & build from.  It allows you to program out a series of questions and paths for the user to answer & follow.

It allows for very fun, lively, conversational experiences.  There is real promise here as a way to convey legal information, conduct triage to direct people to the right resources, and get people feeling comfortable, like a peer-to-peer experience.
