This site is the home of the Stanford Law School/d.school course Intro to Legal Design. In this course, students work on teams with partner organizations who have legal services challenges, and they use human-centered design process (combined with training in legal tech, project management, and leadership skills) to generate a breakthrough yet feasible prototype to be piloted for the organization. It is a hands-on, project-based course, intended to develop new problem-solving skills for the students and open new career tracks for them.
