Today we had our first on-site test of our barebones tech prototype — that lets a court official or attorney send a quick text message to their client/litigant. The tech part worked easily — now the question is how to integrate this tech into the experts’ current workflows as easily & seamlessesly as possible, while also giving them choice about what kinds of messages to send, and oversight about what’s been sent, received, or not.

Exciting to see the tech-stage of development progressing, now on to make a stronger content strategy — determining what kinds of notifications should be sent, for what kinds of events, and what the boilerplate notifications should be.
